A life long search.
A real answer.

Jili Jennerjahn built Resonance from lived experience, not theory.

I have spent most of my life trying to understand my own body.

As a competitive ski racer representing the junior national team, racing down mountains at speeds of up to 120 kilometers per hour, a broken knee left me with chronic pain that spread far beyond the injury itself. Back pain. Migraines. A body that had absorbed years of impact with no language yet for what it was carrying.

What followed was a long, genuine search. Yoga, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and energy work. Healers and teachers in special places. Some of what I learned I can name. Some of it I simply carry.

As a competitive ski racer throwing myself down mountains at 120 kilometers per hour, a broken knee left me with chronic pain, migraines, and a body that had absorbed years of impact with no language yet for what it was carrying.

What followed was a long, genuine search. Yoga, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, energy work. Healers and teachers in special places. Some of what I learned I can name. Some of it I simply carry.

My gut remained the hardest puzzle. Chronic stress had compromised my digestion long before years of travel through South America and Asia introduced parasites that no protocol fully cleared.

Then came a chapter of life that was wide open. In that space a friend mentioned bioresonance. I tried it without expectation. After just a few sessions my gut stabilized in a way it hadn't in years.

But the shift that stopped me was this: for nine months my cycle had been shortened and disrupted. One month after beginning bioresonance it returned to its normal rhythm. What I observed was not subtle. Something had genuinely shifted. Not managed. Resolved.

I came back to Barcelona, trained in the BICOM method, and built Resonance for the people who have tried everything and still haven't found answers.

Energy and inner work

Inner dance energy work. Breathwork and meditation. Extended study with master elders in plant medicine traditions. Several months living and working inside a healing community in Mexico.

Movement and body

375-hour Jivamukti yoga training plus additional Ashtanga study. Deep tissue massage and myofascial release. Years of direct experience across practitioners, traditions, and her own body.

The female cycle

Ten years of basal body temperature tracking. Deep personal study of the female cycle, its phases, and what it reveals about overall health. A genuine passion for helping women understand and live in tune with their own rhythms.

Nervous system and pain

Deep personal study of how the nervous system holds and perpetuates chronic pain. Learned to retrain pain processing patterns at a neurological level. A turning point that reshaped everything that followed.

The body's intelligence is intact.
It simply needs the interference cleared so it can return to its own natural coherence.
